ALMA
Alma is an app that allows users to effectively search for and find recipes that cater to their nutritional and dietary needs while considering the reality of the users busy day to day lives. We consider the users nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, cooking abilities, and time available to prep recipes.
We want to make planning for meals and searching for recipes much simpler. No more endlessly scrolling through web blogs to finally find the recipe you’re searching for. Alma is simple to use and balanced for you.

The Problem
The process of finding recipes online that aren’t confusing and fall short of your dietary needs can be a difficult task. Equally, it can be difficult to meal-plan for busy lifestyles. Whether feeding a large family or an independent college student, there’s an opportunity to find recipes that cater to dietary and nutritional needs while fitting into busy schedules.
Research Hypothesis
I believe that finding simple to follow, meal planned recipes that cater to diverse dietary and nutritional lifestyles, for both families and individuals, will achieve a sense of comfort and ease within users' demanding schedules.
